Customers should note that we can alter some over-the-counter products, i.e., reshape, resize, change its thickness, add bowls, engrave or use the wood to make new products. Also note that some products may have natural imperfections, some items cannot be exactly replicated due to material availability, and there are no returns or exchanges, though shipped products are insured.

Payment & Policies: We accept Venmo, Cash App, credit cards, and cash. While taxes, shipping, and packing fees are not included in the final price, there are no hidden upcharges—clients pay only what we pay. Please note that many of our designs are protected under copyright law and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed.​
